THE MICHAEL COLLINS FESTIVAL

At  the time of Michael Collins’ anniversary every August the Michael Collins festival takes place at the center. Guest speakers are invited to talk on subjects related to Michael Collins and his time. Since the first festival in 2002 authors Meda Ryan, T. Ryle Dwyer, Dr Brian Murphy, Crissie Osbourne, Jerry Whyte, Brendan O’ Shea and Fionnuala Mc Curtain have spoken at the event. In 2007 the festival takes place on August 15th, 16th, 17th
